Descriptions
There are two ways to make TPU laminated fabrics. One is called post-coating: first make TPU film and then glue on the fabric; the other is called online compounding: apply glue on the fabric or not glue, and directly make TPU laminated fabric or clip mesh cloth by pasting TPU on the fabric.

Advantages
Good processing performance: TPU laminated fabric can be processed by common thermoplastic material processing methods, such as injection molding, extrusion, calendered and so on. At the same time, TPU Laminated fabrics and some polymer materials can be processed together to obtain complementary polymer alloys.
A wide range of hardness: by changing the ratio of reaction components of TPU laminated fabrics, tent cloth can obtain products of different hardness, and with the increase of hardness, the products still maintain good elasticity and wear resistance.
Outstanding cold resistance: the glass state transition temperature of TPU laminated fabrics is relatively low. The sailcloth factory still maintains good elasticity, smoothness and other physical properties at minus 35℃.
High mechanical strength: TPU laminated fabrics products have outstanding bearing capacity, impact resistance and shock absorption.
